Hey!

I'm running MPF 0.56.2 on my laptop, which is my development computer, not connected to the actual pinball machine. When I start mpf -b or mpf both, the game runs (I can "play" it in the mpf monitor), the mc shows all the right display things, but I don't get the gray screen in my terminal that shows switch states, modes and other variables. Is that not a thing anymore?
On my machine I still run 0.54 and it shows that particular screen:

Thanks for your hints!

Reinstall mpf with pip install mpf[all]

Hello. I have the same problem. I was using dev version (0.56.0 from source at mpf commit c335a55). I pulled mpf and mpf-mc from git to the current heads. I just see the events, and no TUI. The trick given by "ernie.si...@gmail.com" did not work for me.

In fact, I recreated a new virtualenv, and used Python 3.11 instead of 3.9. It's OK now.
