Hi !

I decided to upgrade my project with the last update.
Now i'm working on:
Windows 11 & p3-roc
Python v3.14.0
MPF v0.80.0
MPF-GMC 1.0.0
Godot 4.6.2 .net version
MPF Monitor v0.57.2
I did a fresh install for eveything.

But at the end, i've got the pinproc issue. I don't understand why, before the update, eveything was working smoothly.

I tried to reinstall the p3-rocdrivers, to change the version of python but nothing changes.

Any idea bout this issue ?

Thanks !

Were you on Python 3.12 or earlier before? Multimorphic doesn’t support this platform for MPF. Years ago I got it up to speed, but then it just sits. I can likely do a little effort later this week to build packages for 3.13 and 3.14. We still need to figure out a process for this as there are like 3 total people who know the documentation to do this. 1 isn’t around anymore. It’s not hard, but is nuanced.

yes i was on an earlier version of python 3.12 before.

From what you say, I understand it's an burdensome task, and even more so if there are only two of you left who can do it.

Unfortunatly, i don't have the knowledge in python to be of help.

But please know that it will be very useful and greatly appreciated if you can dedicate some time to this problem.

Have a great day :D

I went through and got the packages built for 3.13 and 3.14. They are now out in this PR you can track:  Update PinProc by atummons · Pull Request #2024 · missionpinball/mpf  . Once approved, you can pull the latest from the dev branch and it should work for you.

Everything is working fine now.

Thank you for all the work you're doing on MPF.

I can go back to my project !

You need to be on the dev version. I believe this is now 0.81.x. You need to be on a windows PC. From there follow the instructions per normal.

If that’s not working please post what errors you are seeing and your pip list.
