Dear Participants,

 

The last date for Project Report submission is 29^th January 2012.

In case the Final Project Report Submission deadline is not met the following guidelines for evaluation of the project will become applicable.

 

 

30th January to 15th February 2012	Evaluated out of 80 marks
16th February to 29th February 2012	Only P grade will be assigned for the project, if the participant passes in the evaluation
After 29th February’12	Will be treated as re-examination.

Marks will be deducted on late submission.  Notice for the same will be sent soon.

 

Please take all the necessary approvals in the beginning of January and do not wait till the last date for approval.

 

I’ll not accept any report without faculty’s signature and if its not a hard bound copy.

Dear All,

 

It has been observed that after so many reminders, the following students have not submitted their approved project proposal.

Many faculty guides have complained about participants irregularity in contacting Guide and approaching them on the last submission day for approval.

 

Please note –

·         Capstone project is part of Trim IV and is evaluated out of 100 marks by your faculty guide. There are few parameters on which your guide will be evaluating your project work which also includes “Regularity in contacting Guide & Timely submission of  Drafts “ .

·         As informed by your faculty guide, they will NOT sign on the final report if you do not contact them regularly and if the project is not upto their satisfaction.

·         This will be treated as non submission and you will get  F grade in Capstone project.

·         It is necessary to clear all the subjects including capstone project to get the certificate.

 

 

This is a serious concern and we will not entrain any request post the final submission day of final report from defaulters.

 

We will not entertain any excuses like faculty not replying mails / calls / not in campus for approval on the final day. If you meet them regularly you will know their availability.

It is advisable to take their mobile no. on the first meeting and  to check convenient way to contact them which will help in smooth completion of your project.

Please do not wait till the last day for approval, try to get the approval a month in advance so that there is no last minute pressure on you.

Change of faculty guide / topic will not be allowed at any stage.

If you are finding any difficulties in contacting your faculty guide then please let me know immediately. I’ll surely not be able to help you if you come to me at the last moment.
