The possible future study design of 2000 on behave of the International PVSG (attached founded in 1998) has now become reality as demonstrated by Kiladjian in Paris to cure prefibrotic ET and PV by preventing aspirin sensitive vascular complications and peglyated interferon induced reduction of MPN-SAF score from symptomatic to easy to live with or even freedom of symptoms during very long-term or even life-long follow-up in a significant number of prefibrotic prodromal and overt PV patients all over the ever turning earth aroud the sun.
