"Broncos' Smarts" (From SirStoned1)

Mike Shanahan, clearly upset about the Broncos' losing record,
decided to find out how Marty Schottenheimer has gotten the Chiefs'
to play so well. Shanahan showed up at a recent Chiefs' practice and
asked Marty: "Coach, what is your secret? Why is your team so good?"

Marty responded by calling Elvis Grbac over. "Elvis, who is your
father's brother's nephew?" Grbac answers, "Why coach, that's easy.
It's me."

Marty turned to Shanahan and said: "That's the secret, Mike. A
smart quarterback. You've got to have a smart quarterback."
Thinking he finally had the answer, Shanahan returned to Denver
and the Broncos' practice. He promptly called over John Elway.
"Elway! Who's your father's brother's nephew?" John looked
perplexed, thought for a minute, and said "Coach, can I get back to
you on that one?"

Shanahan, (disgusted) said, "OK."

In the locker room, Elway called over Shannon Sharpe: "Shannon,
coach just asked me the weirdest question. Who's your father's
brother's nephew?" Sharpe: "Duh! That's easy. It's me!"

Later, Elway caught up with Shanahan: "Coach, I think I've got it.
My father's brother's nephew is Shannon Sharpe." Shanahan (angry):

"No. No. NO! You idiot!! It's 'Elvis Grbac!'"
