Sicily

Hi! Here's a selection of pics from our Sicily trip so far. Having fun 😎 we have a sporty little Alfa Romeo to get us around and the driving is easy, not much traffic. Yesterday we were in Siracusa and today we checked out Noto and Modica. Currently staying in a beautiful agriturismo until Monday. Then we'll go to Agrigento to see some more Ancient Greek-era ruins and check out some nice beaches. For our last two days we'll be in Taormina.

The food has been great - Sicily is known for it's sweets, gelato, granita (Italian ice), etc, so naturally I've been enjoying it. If you watch episode 2 of the most recent season of Chef's Table on Netflix, it shows the place where we ate today gelato, granita, cannoli and frutta alla martorana (marzipan) (also snuck some pasta & veggies in too 😂)
