Backyarders to testify against DA branch chairperson in murder case

THE ATTEMPT MURDER CASE BY THE DA BRANCH CHAIRPERSON IS ON

On the 26 April 2011 the DA ward 97 branch chairperson Mr. Mxolisi Molly will be appearing in Khayelitsha Magistrate Court for the 3rd time after the case was postponed for further investigation.

After the mismanagement of the case by Harare Police Station we reported the matter to the ICD (independent Complainant Derectorate) under the ref# 2011/03/0389 (CCN 11/WC/185). Few weeks later after the report we were told more charges of attempt murder were re-instated against Mr. Mxolisi Molly.

We invite everyone interested including the media to hear how this controversial case that has influence of political heavyweight is unfolding. Backyarders will be present and some will be testifying as well.
