We are still in the vicious circle of poverty.. (1)The first and the formost approach of development must be pro-poor broad based economic growth,( here i mean pro-poor based public private patnership approach for development)
(2)reconstructioning the state ,rehabilitaion of physical infrastructure, relief for the victim of conflict;
(3)bottom- up development approch must be well practice rather than top-down;
(4)strong political and administrative commitment to reduce corruption and anarchism;
(5)creating the proper envirnment of investment to the private sector as well as the international companies that will surely help for the capital formation; (6)
