Version 6.1 not running on new cluster

Dear all,

We have a new cluster with multiple nodes with varying sizes of memory. I submit my MPAS runs using batch command to those with 512 Gb of RAM. Version 6,0 runs fine on those nodes but 6.1 does not run giving not enough virtual memory error. By the way, we are only using Intel compiler on this new cluster. PGI has not given any problem on previous nodes but we are not allowed to use that compilter on this new clusters. I attached the script that I submit the job and its output. Although I set the virtual memory to unlimited in the batch script, it still gives that virtual memory error. Can you shed some light into my steps and script why version 6.0 runs without giving any error including virtual memory error that version 6.1 doesn't run by giving virtual memory error? What changes that were made from 6.0 to 6.1 that are causing this problem? Thank you for your help.
