Regarding running of MPAS Model

heyy,

      I am really new to the world of linux and modelling. I am from geology background but now i am working in atmosphere field. I have learnt LINUX AND FORTRAN basics and I have installed MPAS6.3 model successfully but I am unable to run it. I am really struggling and have been trying with tutorial and WRF/MPAS forum for help but i could not get. Morever I have created an account on Forum but couldnot login and I have send mail to broad administrator.If you please help me run the model with proper commands , I will be really thankful to you because I dont know where else to reach for help.

I am working in RedHat Linux 8.I have installed MPICH, PIO, PNETCDF, NETCDF, NETCDF_FORTRAN libraries and have already installed MPAS model with Core atmosphere and init_atmosphere. You can post this on forum also. As i couldnot login so I mailed here. Please help me how to run model by giving proper commands in linux.
