I would like to know 'How the command line should be for partitioning mesh file using METIS

I executed this manner but it shows "The input file does not specify the number of elements."

./mpmetis -seed=int  x20.835586.grid.nc 15       **15 number of parts

Hi Emmanuel,

replace the grid.nc file with the graph.info file (without any number of tasks appended to it).

Try this for N partitions by running below command 

> gpmetis -minconn -contig -niter=200 graph.info N
