Happy summer!

We've been in the studio over the last year, and have a lot of exciting news. First off:

On Friday, July 12th, our album, Five Borough Block Party, will be released! 

• It'll be available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, Saavn, Bandcamp, and wherever you get your music. This has been a really exciting project, created with the support of the Queens Council on the Arts, and featuring some really great musicians and friends, so we hope you pick up a copy, listen to it often, enjoy it, and share it widely! The wonderful font was designed by our friend @ohhellohelen.designs

• That evening, come celebrate the release of the album with us at MOMA's PopRally x New York -  Friday, July 12th, at 7pm at Trans Pecos in Ridgewood, Queens. We'll be kicking off MOMA's citywide festival, headlining the Queens segment along with some other great artists and food creators. • We'll be playing the Queens Night Market, a celebration of the best food in the most diverse place in the United States in Corona, Queens. If you're there on Saturday, July 13th, come say hello! http://queensnightmarket.com/

• Mark your calendars for the evening of Saturday, August 10th, as we'll be playing at The Shed, the brand new art space opening on Manhattan's west side. Salsa Masala received one of their inaugural Open Call awards, and we're really excited to be playing a mix of music from our album, as well as some new music that's been composed especially for the opening. It's a $free event, but register to join us and help us christen this amazing new plaza space at the northern end of the Highline.
