ESP32 + Polyphony

Hi all, newbie here! I am trying to creata a simple standalone instrument but I know nothing about synths.

I want to produce a sound of an accordion and so far I managed to do some sound. The (main) problem is that when I press more than one key at the same time, the sound is odd, like it is reverbering, I would like to make them blend like a real instrument does.
