It sounds very exciting and I think your goals are very much in line
with the goals of Mozilla worldwide.
I would like to add Asa Dotzler to the discussion. Asa is our
community manager, one of our oldest employees, and also helps to
manage spreadfirefox.com.

Please see the plans that the Taiwan localizers are planning (below.)
Perhaps there is some way we can support these efforts in Taiwan. I
would appreciate your advice.

Dear All:
建議一：先擬出贊助規章以及贊助種類和等級（我已經在擬定草案中，因為已經有些贊助資源在等候）
建議二：建議採取方案一，原因是保持引薦人的超然性，以免引薦人與贊助候選對象之間的關係受到任何可能的破壞；之後交由行政團隊參與，才不至於萬一協
會壯大之後產生可能被假以協會之名詐騙的可能性
