Maintainers after decommission?

Now that MozTrap has been decommissioned at Mozilla, are there plans to invite new maintainers/collaborators to the project? Even some infrequent maintenance from community collaborators (to review pull requests, etc) is better than none.

If the plan is to instead mothball MozTrap, then it might be helpful to add a deprecation warning to the readme of the project repo.
