Where do I put Feature Requests?

Morning,

I'm looking for the "proper" place to put feature requests. There appear to be a few on the BugZilla instance, but I don't want to go polluting the bugs with FERs if that's not "the process". This specific request is to be able to split a test case at an arbitrary step.

Eventually, I'll get my head round WSGI and maybe commit a few myself. I don't suppose there's any documentation on the MozTrap app architecture that might help things along?
