I believe the only way to do it is by using this: https://github.com/mozilla/moztrap-connect/blob/master/get_suite_cases_simple.py

Before you do that, know that exporting to JSON is much easier as there is a cost in using CSV as many cases have 1-to-many steps/environments/tags, etc. 

The MozTrap API can easily export to JSON using something like this query:

https://moztrap.mozilla.org/api/v1/caseversion/?format=json&limit=20&productversion=132&environments__in=27664

You can change the ``limit=100`` to be whatever you want.  If you set limit=0, then it will retrieve all of them.
