Hi,

We are setting up Moztrap 1.3.7
And I just discovered that deleting a product (by mistaken click) has no confirmation, and all test cases are also gone.
Is there a setting that will give a confirmation / warning?

I read in the docs that it is possible to undelete deleted items, so no harm done
Staff Status: This gives the user access to the /admin/ url.

Hi Martin,

While this is expected behavior, I can understand how that probably a bit shocking.  So glad you found the docs on how to undelete them.  We have plans to add an un-delete link to the delete message notification ( the green bar that shows on the top).  It is the opinion of many UI designers not have confirmation dialogs nowadays, and just have undelete instead.  This is because clicking "ok" on confirmation dialogs becomes routine and therefore kind of meaningless.  Though I am sure there are many varying opinions on that subject.  Certainly in our case, we could use an easier way to undelete than the admin panel.  I could also see the argument for having a confirm dialog for deleting products or product versions, but not on smaller items.  I'll add this to the Tracker story for further consideration.

Thanks for the input!

Un-delete would work. Or something :)

I found in the documentation that there *exsists* and /admin/-url
... and now I tried it. It works.

Thanks
Martin
