Mozmill 2.0.9 and Mozmill-Automation 2.0.9 have been released

Hi all,

To fix some focus related test failures due to several ui tour and the
e10s popups, we had to release a new version of Mozmill [1] and
Mozmill-Automation [2].

If you haven't updated yet, please do it now via pip, or download our
pre-configured environment from https://mozqa.com/mozmill-env/
