missing when starting with Firefox with browser.toolbars.bookmarks.2h2020
set to false and manually changing it to true

Firefox: Messaging System
* NEW - https://bugzil.la/1680215 - [about:welcome] The Themes section on
"Choose A Look" page is surrounded by a dotted line when a theme is selected

Firefox: PDF Viewer
* NEW - https://bugzil.la/1680496 - A PDF has lines or is blurry if it's
opened in Firefox after it was printed using "Print to PDF" option

Firefox: Migration
* NEW - https://bugzil.la/1680507 - [win10] Error reading typed URL history
error when opening Import Window

Core: Print Preview
* NEW - https://bugzil.la/1680728 - Yahoo search page background is broken
in Print preview

Toolkit: Startup and Profile
* NEW - https://bugzil.la/1680272 - A strange window will be shown if a
default user.js is opened while Profile manager is active
