Requirement Details:


Role:
· Review existing complex payroll blueprint to determine
suitability for purpose
· Address open design issues
· Estimate implementation effort

Experience Requirements (Required):
· Minimum 4 years experience as a payroll lead
· Experience with large complex employee payrolls (40,000
people+)
· Excellent written & verbal communication experience
· Experienced in estimating & staffing complex payroll teams
· Experienced in Union payrolls
· Experienced in addressing Concurrent Employment & Retro
issues from a payroll perspective

Experience (Preferred)
· US Public Sector payroll
