Hi,

I understand that having access to the clipboard content by Javascript may represent some security hazard in general.

However, some HTML editors may need to check what is pasted in an editable document for any reason.
In content management systems, sometimes especially developed for intranet and used by a customer who
paid for it, it is more than annoying to tell them that some parts of their system will not work with Mozilla.
They should be able to authorize some functionalities for the system in their domain name.

My suggestions are:
1. provide some setting in the Options to block Clipboard access with exceptions, just like for Pop up Windows.
2. always give access to the clipboard content on a paste event. Is a paste operation happens, it is because
the user clicked Ctr-V, so he is supposed to know what he is doing.
