Friends,

I enjoyed this retweet from Mr. Dan Sinker last night showing the collapse of the Harlem Shake meme:
http://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=harlem%20shake&date=today%201-m&cmpt=q

Perhaps the unthinkable has come to pass - this is no longer cool. This could be the reason no one has taken us up on our invitation to test Popcorn Maker.

While the shake is dead, our need for QA is more alive than ever.

OUR CONTINUED ASK:

We, the webmaker product folks toiling for your freedom to make, humbly request you try to make something else. Take one video from youtube and layer it on top of another.

Tell us what you think! Is this too hard? Don't get the point? Missing a feature? We can take it!

Need inspiration? The web is full of fun.

Here you go. My favourite song from the 80's, 'The Final Countdown (sheep version)': http://org.webmadecontent.dev.popcorn.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/1k

Ha ha!!!

I was skeptical, Doug. The intro had such a build up of anticipation. I was thinking "if this man doesn't introduce a sheep soon, this thing is tanking". But it hits just right.

Awesome!

Find any bugs? One thing I'm finding is that they all end abruptly. I think we need some UX thought there.

It was just a quick one before kids' bathtime. No bugs as such, but the ability to fade out would be nice. Also, I still find the zooming in/out of the timeline confusing.

Finally, a one-click 'remove everything on timeline'? Is it there somewhere? I might have missed it. :-)

Hey Doug - right now to remove everything from timeline you go to the gear menu next to the save button and the option is there to "Clear Events"
