Arun , why not give participants some themes to work on with the learned
new technology ? This will help participants to focus on one particular
theme where they can put in their innovation and creativity.

Why not have some activities like , kids will tell a story and we can help
them to build a visual of the story using popcorn . In that case , we can
teach web making as well as tackle this challenge. What do you think ?

This looks similar to my idea above :-)

Have you tried grouping (4-5 ppl a team) the participants to work together
on a theme of their choice with the technology. In our recent event , we
found this idea can do wonders as all creativity and innovation of the team
are put in one place.

Yeah..everybody love working with goggles. It will be nice , if
participants learn how to copy the codes using x-ray goggles and form a
custom page on thimble.

If you are interested , we can work on this for our country :-)
One suggestion is to network with Design schools

Nice idea :-)

Popcorn is a wonderful tool to make tutorials and educational materials. In
fact , you can introduce popcorn for those educators who teach in schools
as well.
On a different topic , are you based in kerala ? If Yes , FYI Mozilla India
will be hosting Firefoxos Appdays on June 22 in kochi. If you are free that
day , you are invited to that event. I will be there in that event and we
can discuss more in person abt webmaker :-) what do you say ?
