Thanks to a lot of great input from David Humphrey and the entire Webmaker team,
we have some new draft documentation to share with you we hope you'll find helpful:
Bugzilla for Webmakers
http://blog.webmaker.org/bugzilla-for-webmakers
As you know, Webmaker, like many Mozilla projects, uses an issue tracker called Bugzilla for filing tickets and getting stuff done.
Many of you requested some help and shortcuts for using it, so this is an early draft of links and documentation to start that process.
There's still much, much more to be done -- especially around the social aspects, how to make better use of Bugzilla for community participation, tips on writing effective tickets, and more. Look for follow-up posts on those. But consider this a start.
You all will definitely have feedback or questions about this documentation. So please:
1) add your feedback as comments to the post. So that others can easily see and benefit.
or you could always...
2) file a bug! :)

thanks for all your help with this, and please help make it better.
best,
@OpenMatt
