Unable to use Geolocation Services

Hi,
When I initially submitted my apps to the Marketplace, I forgot to indicate
that the use Geolocation services. As a result, when installed, I get an
error message that indicates that the request for Geolocation services has
been denied. Therefore, I went back into the Developer Portal and updated
Technical Details: Minimum Requirements for each app to indicate that they
require Geolocation services. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app
but am still denied the use of Geolocation services.
Pls advise.
