Setting up a social provider with Social API

Hi!

I'm setting up the activation for Telegram as a social provider to be
integrated with Firefox as other web apps are.

I've read the documentation and gone through this tutorial:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Projects/Social_API/Guide/FirstSteps
but I don't get it working.

I've set up a website alike here:
https://akronix.github.io/testMozSocialProvider/

and even forked the socialdemo-api:
https://akronix.github.io/socialapi-demo/

but none works.

Can anybody shed some light on this or tell me where I should ask? I've
tried twice asking on #socialdev but nobody answers.
