[ADMIN] Deleting mozilla.web-developers.css

The mozilla.web-developers.css newsgroup will be getting deleted from
news.mozilla.org on Friday, March 17th. This group was accidently
created, and is actually just getting renamed. The destination group
for the rename already exists.

All discussion here should move to mozilla.dev.tech.css.

Those of you reading this via the mailing list will have your
subscriptions automatically moved on Friday (but you can feel free to
sign up for dev-tech-css sooner if you want, it won't break anything,
and you won't get duplicated).

Archives of the existing traffic on this group will continue to remain
on Google Groups indefinitely.
