Mozmill 2.0rc3 released

Hi all,

I have released Mozmill 2.0rc3 to pypi. It's a still in development
release and contains a couple of known bugs. Since the last RC a couple
of bugs have been fixed:

Given that 'pip' doesn't differentiate between visible and hidden
releases we will no longer hide them on pypi. If you want to install a
1.5 version of Mozmill you will have to run:

pip install mozmill==1.5.21

We will continue to push other RCs in a weekly cycle until we are
satisfied with the code and can release the final version.

If you encounter bugs please let us know or file a new bug in the
Mozmill component:
