We've made significant progress on our technical/infrastructure debt. I
think we're ready to shift focus to organizing contribution opportunities.

Specifically, I'm thinking about:

* Where do we want to focus contributor efforts? E.g. what specific
activities do we want people to work on?
* What are the prerequisites for bringing contributors to these activities?

Please add items to the agenda as you see fit.
