Help member to approve the Brazilian edit wiki

How can I help new users in Brazil to edit our wiki?

This user is not being allowed to send images to your own personal wiki.

As part of the anti-spam process, new users will be permitted to upload images until "... once their account is 5 days old and they have made 10 or more edits..." - please see https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozillaWiki:Autoconfirmed_users#Autoconfirmed_users

This five day or ten edits wait can be overridden by one of the 'bureaucrats' - hopefully one or more are subscribed to this list.
