This RFC proposes increasing the maximum character count allowed to
non-slugid identifiers from 22 to 40 characters.
The RFC is in final-comment mode until Thursday, meaning that we believe
there is agreement and would like to hear any objections before deciding to
proceed with implementation. Please speak up on the issue if you believe
we should not proceed as proposed.
