Hi everyone!
https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster-rfcs/pull/145 defines some new
identifier names and a process to implement them smoothly. It's seen a
good bit of review already, so I'm moving it to its final comment period.
Please do have a look, and if you see something we haven't considered or a
reason to not agree on this as-written, please post a comment on the issue.
Final comment period will end next Wednesday.
