Intent to shipt: change Treeherder's Pulse exchanges

Hello all,
By the end of the month I intend to switch Treeherder from consuming Pulse
messages from the taskcluster-treeherder service to messages from
Taskcluster canonical task related exchanges.
The work can be followed in here:

This in order to shut down the taskcluster-treeherder service.
This could potentially have some jobs not showing up on Treeherder. Tests
will need to pass, however, there's a chance there could be a bug
introduced in the code and some specific type of tasks not show up on
Treeherder.
Please join the bug if you want to be informed of the development and
timing of it.
