Hi folks,
I've put RFC 153, remove email validation on metadata owner
https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster-rfcs/pull/153 into its "final
comment" period.
This relaxes a bit the constraints on the metadata owner string that we're
currently using in `.taskcluster.yml` files, in order to make the Github
bots integration smoother.
Feel free to raise any concern should you think we shouldn't do this.
