Hi there!
https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster-rfcs/pull/163 proposes to add a
`projectId` to tasks and use that to scope manipulation of tasks. There
are a few other cool benefits hidden in the text of the RFC :)
Please have a look and comment in the PR if you see a way this might cause
issues or otherwise needs further revision.
If there are no objections, I'll take this to its final-comment period at
the end of the week.

As promised, this RFC is now in its final-comment phase. This is the time
to say "hold up, that won't work!" if you spot something we've missed. If
there aren't any such comments, we'll consider it decided next Wednesday.
