Hi all,
I am moving the scope expression registration rfc into the final comment
period.

This should be of interest to anyone who wishes to understand what scope
assignments mean. It is designed to address many pain points that
administrators of TC have in finding what will happen when they give
someone scopes.
Please feel free to push back on anything you see in here or give further
guidance. Final Comment is not 100% decided, just made it through the
initial rounds of review!
