HG Repo temporarily frozen..

In preparation for bug 917485, I've pushed a commit to https://hg.mozilla.org/build/puppet on the production branch, which prohibits pushing additional changes on the default branch (as that would create multiple heads). I'm going to work with Callek when he returns to fix this up, but in the interim, you can't push to the default branch.

This is due to a misconfiguration [of expectation] of the repo itself on hg.mozilla.org

I filed Bug 934819 to correct this, and we should be back to normal operation once that is resolved.
