Relabs moved to its own repository

As an FYI, we've moved the relabs organization to its own hg repository:
http://hg.mozilla.org/build/relabs-puppet
rather than mooching off of the moco repository. This will let us be a little more experimental with that organization, without endangering other orgs.
If you want to change something in relabs, you'll need to change your repo URLs.
I'll take care of periodically merging back and forth, and am happy to do so on request -- we really shouldn't ever have much difference between relabs an dmoco aside from `manifests/relabs-*.pp`.
