A new feature has been added to Pulse Guardian: Shared Pulse User and Queue ownership.

tl;dr: You will be able to assign multiple people to receive notifications and warnings about Pulse Users and their Queues.

This feature will be deployed Feb 16th. We will have a short maintenance window during which Pulse Guardian will not be accessible. This will not affect the pulse/rabbitmq queues themselves, however.

After the roll-out, you can view the list of your Pulse Users as always. If you click the “Edit” button, you can assign multiple email addresses as “owners” of the user. Those emails must correspond to existing users of Pulse Guardian. Anyone on that list is then considered a full owner of the Pulse User. They themselves are then able to modify that very same list. So let’s be nice to each other. :)

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1068447 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1068447> for more information.

And feel free to ping camd: in #pulse if you have any issues or questions after the roll-out.

Thanks,
-Cam
