I am about to push new code that migrates the database to support shared-ownership of queues in Pulse Guardian. To do this, I am going to take Pulse Guardian into maintenance mode. This will mean the site will be unavailable for probably 10-30 minutes, depending on how the migration goes.

Please follow in #pulse in IRC, if you like.
