Marionette changes in Firefox 83

Hi,

Firefox 83 has been released today, and a couple of improvements and
bug fixes happened to the WebDriver conformance (means the Marionette)
component.

Please note that currently a major rewrite of the Marionette code to
support our site-isolation feature (Fission) takes place. As such if you
notice any kind of regression please let us know and file a bug on
