Marionette changes in Firefox 86

Hi,

Firefox 86 has been released last week, and a couple of improvements and
bug fixes happened to the WebDriver conformance (means the Marionette)
component.

Please note that currently a major rewrite of the Marionette code to
support our site-isolation feature (Fission) takes place. With Firefox
86 we no longer run any fallback code from the old implementation when
actors are enabled. As such if you notice any kind of regression please
let us know and file a bug on Bugzilla. The following link can be used:
