Doc help with l20n

HI Eric,

We're interested in getting L20n (http://wiki.mozilla.org/l20n)
documented on MDN and we'd love to get the MDN writers help. I've been
looking at
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Project:Documentation_process
and wondering if this process has been finalized and if you have a
specific bug form to fill out to begin planning/coordinating with you on
this project.
