a10n and elmo on errormill

Hi,

I'm about to set up the first phase of a10n, moving the hg poller from
master-ball over to a10n.

One thing that's new is sentry support, and I think it makes sense to
use the same DSN as we use for elmo prod. It is kinda elmo prod, and
it's mostly the same target audience. The only difference would be that
I expect is that a10n may fail on hg server errors mostly, so that's be
something to point IT to. OTH, it'd fail on the same code path, so we
can just point to a query.

Any concerns about sharing the DSN? I guess we can also just change that
if we feel we should later.

Not really a concern but I would just suggest we set up a different DSN
on Sentry dedicated to a10n. It's easy and cheap.
