master-ball thoughts

* The name @master is causing me unnecessary escaping and trouble on the
commandline. Please, can we revert this to something without a @ sign?

* Using the env created in the slave-ball doesn't work for me because it
doesn't have hg. I had to use `source ../master-ball/env/bin/activate`

I found the \@ a tad annoying, too, though it's not too bad, IIRC. stas?

WORKSFORME, I have

mercurial==1.5.4
Twisted==8.2.0
simplejson

in slaveball's requirements.txt.

Sure looks good on the PS prompt but I don't think it's worth it.

Fine. I'm going to assume it's a matter of me having some old junk that
the create-test-environment.py script isn't suffering from anymore.

I haven't had any troubles with it and didn't even have to escape it in
the shell. However, there's no point in having Peter struggle with
this. Can we use _master and _slave instead?
