Mailman tools.bmo mailing list is being decommissioned

The current mailman list system which handles tool...@lists.mozilla.org is being decommissioned on April 3rd, 2021 as well as the old Google Group will be archived. A new group will be
set up under Mozillas Google Workspace instance.

Currently this forum is accessed as follows:
- Mailing List: tool...@lists.mozilla.org
- Newsgroup: mozilla.tools.bmo
- Web: https://groups.google.com/g/mozilla.tools.bmo
This list will be archived and changed to read-only on April 3, after which we will continue our conversations in the new list.

After the move, the access points will change to:
- Mailing List: tool...@mozilla.org
-- tool...@lists.mozilla.org will automatically forward to the new mailing list
- Group Name: tools-bmo
- Web: https://groups.google.com/a/mozilla.org/g/tools.bmo
Note: Newsgroup access is deprecated and will no longer be an access point.

We will do our best to migrate all current subscribers over to the new group. You may need to update your preferences manually to tailor
your email settings. If you are not automatically subscribed and till wish to be let me know.

In the future we may just move over to Mozillas Discourse instance and make future announcements there. The discourse group is https://discourse.mozilla.org/c/firefox-tooling-announcements/521

Sorry for the confusion. The prior email was actually incorrect in that the plan for this group is different than stated. We will not be keeping and migrating this group to the
new system due to the low post volume. This group and related mailman list will actually be decommissioned and not continue on in the new location. I will be submitting future
BMO update notifications in the Mozilla Discourse at https://discourse.mozilla.org/c/firefox-tooling-announcements/521
