I just did - several errors. The patches that were used for 2.5 aren't enough, the 4.0 patch breaks something in Filesystem.pm.

It seems to be working for me. I unpacked Bugzilla 4.4 and then Testopia 2.5 into the same directory and it worked on Firefox. It didn't work in MSIE, the dominant browser in my company, due to bug 616151 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=616151) but the tweak described by Dean Grimm in Comment 1 of that bug did the trick.

Have you any idea about compatibility for Testopia.x.x.x version is suitable for the Bugzilla.4.4.4 else which Bugzilla version is suitable for testopia2.5, and also need to know this testopia.2.5 version is working well without nay errors?

I can confirm Testopia 2.5 works with Bugzilla 4.4.4 on most supported browsers right now. The only patch I had to pull from the trunk version was the one from bug 836238.
