testopia: test case doesn't get updated (tr_process_case.cgi error)

Hello,
I get the following error when I try to update Action field.
Bugzilla: 4.4.9
Testopia: 2.5
I didn't set these up, so I do not know what is wrong. I can't find any recent discussion regarding this. I truly appreciate help!!!
