In Thunderbird A, I could right-click the message and saved it into a
file (e.g., test.eml).
How could I make Thunderbird B to import test.eml into one of its mail
folder?

'file > save as > file'.
copy saved message to #2 pc.
in tb-b, from menu bar, select 'file > open saved message'.

Opening a .eml file with TB works, yes. But how to store it to the mail
folders of TB-B? This point is still open.
The only way -- I found -- to get it into the TB-B mail folder was to
open a compose message and D&D the .eml to the attachment section of the
new message.
That 'new' message/draft could be stored to one of the TB-B folders.
> I think that's not the solution for the Q.
i guess this is one of those cases of knowing something is available and
knowing if it works is a world of difference.
it seems that tb, when using 'save as > file' make save with out first line
having 'From - '.
therefor it is a 3 choice process.
1] cerate a new folder in tb-a to save email to. copy that file to tb-b's
'Mail/Local Folder', open tb-b. [best choice if more than 1 email.]
2] use 'save as > file', then open that file and insert 'From -' to top of
message. copy file to tb-b's 'Mail/Local Folder' and open tb-b.
3] open tb 'help', which takes you to;
http://www.mozilla.org/support/thunderbird/
enter 'save/open message' for search, then search thru
for what you want to try.
I know nothing about it, yet ...
Thanks!

I found that after you opened the saved message via File -> Open Saved
Message, the option Message -> Copy -> Local Folder -> Inbox *DID NOT*
work!!
Is it supposed to work? Anyone opened this bug before me?

Thanks. It should be really simple to fix it, I believe... What took
them so long? Arguing whether it should be allowed? :)
